Emblem Wines from Napa Valley

Our family has worked with vineyards in the Napa Valley from Carneros to Calistoga and almost everywhere in between. We've seen firsthand how the many differences in the valley's soil, sunlight, and temperature all play an integral part in developing unique expressions of terroir in Napa Valley wine.

Four generations of our family have studied vineyard sites in the Napa Valley, determining the ideal locations in which to grow grapes. From these vineyards, we create Emblem, a personal reflection of our past and future in the Napa Valley, expressing the unparalleled quality of the land's fruit and our family's rich winemaking heritage.

In a recent blind-tasting, wine trade members and passionate consumers placed Emblem Rutherford and Emblem Oso Vineyard, Napa Valley single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings from the Michael Mondavi family over a selection of Bordeaux wines with an average price of nearly $500 per bottle.
